We hand-craft custom and made-to-order items. Because each product is produced specifically for you, all sales are final.

Order changes & cancellations

• Once an order is placed, we begin production quickly to meet timelines. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout.

• If you notice an issue, contact us immediately with your order number—if production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

3. After review, we’ll provide a solution (replacement or partial store credit). Returns may be requested in certain cases—we’ll share the steps if needed.

Color & material variations

Small variations in color, placement, or finish can occur due to screen differences, print methods, and materials. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Customer-provided designs

You are responsible for the accuracy and ownership/permission of any text, images, or logos you upload. We may decline designs that violate third-party rights or our content standards.

Products & pricing

• We aim for accurate descriptions and pricing; errors may occur. We may correct errors and cancel orders before fulfillment when necessary (you’ll be notified and refunded if applicable).

• Custom products may have minor variations due to materials and production methods.

Orders & payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Payment is captured at checkout via our secure processor. You agree to provide accurate billing info and authorize charges.

Custom content

• You represent you own or have permission to use any content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate laws.

• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your uploaded content solely to fulfill your order.

Shipping & risk of loss

• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. See Shipping Policy for details.

Intellectual property

• All site content, product designs (except your uploads), logos, and trademarks are owned by Creative Vinyl Designs LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy or use them without permission.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site to: break laws; infringe IP; upload malicious code; harass others; or attempt to bypass security.

Processing times

• Custom & made-to-order items: typically 2-5 business days} to produce before shipping.

• Peak seasons or complex designs may take longer—we’ll communicate any meaningful delays.

Shipping methods & rates

• We ship via {USPS/UPS/etc.}. Rates are shown at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.

• Tracking is provided when available.

Delivery estimates

Carrier timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier constraints can affect delivery.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or damaged shipments

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with neighbors/household and your local carrier office.
